XP 80-120
The stationary HF welding machine Forsstrom XP has been developed for complex and detailed welding. The XP can weld with as small tools as 1 cm².
TX-Mega 400-800
Forsstrom TX-Mega is a larger version of the popular HF-welding machine TX and can weld up to 450 mm in width. The powerful TX-Mega (10-20 kW) has been developed to weld volume products and can weld an area of up to 800 cm². TX-Mega has a wider welding table and extra-large space behind the electrode compared to the sister machine TX (880 mm compared to TX’s 750 mm). Additionally, the TX-Mega has a larger space between the electrode holder and the earth electrode.
TX 200-500
The TX 200-500 is a reliable and efficient high-frequency welding machine with up to 500 cm² weld area. The well-balanced machine can both be used as a stand-alone and as a complement to a larger system of welding machines. One big advantage with the TX is the generous free space of 750 mm behind the electrode. It enables optimized material handling with the 3-side access. With carefully chosen components, the TX offers good conditions for qualitative HF-welding.
TDW-Mega 650-1000
The TDW-Mega is based on Forsstrom TDW chassis and is equipped with a wider lower press table and has a welding width of up to 400 mm. The 400 mm welding width increases the possibilities for welding large products and gives scope for production that requires various types of supplementary tools, such as circular welds.
TDW 200-1000
The TDW is a large traveling machine with customised table length and it has 785 mm of free space behind the electrode. The welding table is equipped with a large trough for material storage. With its fast machine movement, the ability to pre-program welding cycles and the ability to switch the machine over to automatic welding, the TDW machine is suitable for large products with long, straight welds, such as tents, truck covers, and billboards, as well as large-scale production.
FG 120
The FG 120 is a small 3kW HF-generator with a built-in control system for controlling welding parameters such as time and power. It is suitable as a stand-alone unit for eyelet welding. The generator is also ideal for inline HF-production of medical and packaging applications.
MG-Flex 300
Forsstrom MG-Flex 300 is a compact HF-welding machine with a welding head that can rotate 180°, which is a helpful tool in the HF-welding process and it makes it easy for the operators to join heavy materials. To increase the manufacturing efficiency, the MG-Flex has several unique features: a Z-guide for controlling overlaps up to 80 mm in width, increased lift height (daylight) of welding head 190 mm, and more.
DR 200-500
Forsstrom’s machine model DR is suitable for welding of large products since it has a large free space of 1500 mm behind the electrode. It enables optimized material handling with the possibility to work from three sides of the machine. This model has a mechanical adjustable stop of the sink depth, which enables a safe weld of non-reinforced material for the production of for example pool liners.
